Battlefield 2 - Game Review

This game pretty much sums it up as to standards for a first person shooter. Every other first person shooter has to make the game as good as Battlefield 2. Not only has it made a great name for itself but it has had a lot of time put into it to tweak all the little things for you. The single player campaign is nothing special and really the more boring part of the game. Everyone who is anyone gets this game for one sole purpose… the multiplayer action. Extremely huge maps that can change due to how many player there are, which can increase to as much as 64. The two things in the multiplayer that set this game apart from almost any other are the vehicles and the online stats. There are more vehicles in this game than any other that I have played and some of them require some actual skill to use. With online stats, the game automatically keeps statistics of your character and you can increase in ranks and become a captain of your team along with being able to use certain things depending on your rank. To put it simply, the multiplayer is unmatched compared to any other first person shooter.
Gameplay: 8.5/10
Excellent. Like earlier stated, nothing really compares to the gameplay of Battlefield 2. This is really all that needs to be said.
Sound: 8/10
Normal sounds along the lines of funs and shooting but the voice commands from your team are filtered in quite well. I think the voices sound pretty realistic and the AI is pretty good at it.

It quite a shame that there are no CG’s throughout this demo because I think it would have been quite impressive.
Graphics: 9/10
Again, pretty top notch throughout the realm of first person shooters. The characters are well made and the levels are huge and yet pretty detailed. Amazing.
